Hacker going with the handle H4x0r HuSsY from Pakistan Cyber Army (PCA) has hacked and defaced high profile Indian Government Ministries websites.
Anatomy of the attack is not known. It seems that the hacker exploited bug in a site and hacked all sites on the server.

A Pakistani hacker going with the handle of THADisasteR from The Hackers Army has hacked into the official website of Nepal�s supreme court (supremecourt.gov.np) along with two of its sub-domains (dcourt.gov.np) and (acourt.gov.np).
Anatomy of attack is still unknown. It seems like hacker found and exploited a SQL Injection vulnerability on the website and manage to get into server. But due to security measure, hacker not able to upload shell, then just fill the specific form with the hacked message

Google Hacked Once again by PakBugs Famous Pakistani Hacking Crew. Yes, the official Google Morocco site hacked by leet pakistani hacker group called Pakbugs. Site is still defaced while writing this. Yesterday, they were in news by hacking Bing and MSN.

Same Hackers from PAKBUGS hack this domain in 2009 and they did this again.
We Did it in the Past And We Did it Again!
This is now sure that these hackers backed again after being busted by FIA(Federal Intelligence Agency) of Pakistan in 2010.
Apparently, this is a DNS attack. The hacker redirected these domains to a deface page. DNS attack has become major issues these days. Yesterday, hackers hacked Bing and MSN with the same method by redirecting these domains to a deface page.
While browsing Pakbugs.com, Site is down because of heavy traffic.

Official website of one of the biggest telecommunication operator in Pakistan hacked by Xpired. The Hacker didnot deface the main index of the site, but added a page "/x.html" at the cache directory. The page is still on the server, while writing this post.

Official website of Telecom Giant of Pakistan, PTCL, was hacked today by a group of Pakistani hackers, demanding to improve security with the message that they are not going to leak database publicly.
Instead of defacing homepage or tempering any other live page on PTCL website, CyberHax0rs just inserted a page on public_html directory on the PTCL server, which can be accessed by clicking this link: http://ptcl.com.pk/x.html
The injected file was immediately removed from the server successfully.

Rafay Baloch, an independent security researcher from Karachi, has been rewarded with $10,000 for reporting a remote command execution bug in the PayPal�s website.
According to details, PayPal had announced that this reward is an initiative for those researchers who would report about the existence of a bug and its subsequent remote command execution, Technology Times Reported.
Rafay Baloch explained that the bug he had reported was very critical in nature and carried a high amount of risk to the PayPal as an attacker could have easily managed to execute any command on the server and manipulate the data at his will.
He said that he had been paid $500 for an XSS vulnerability that he found on Paypal�s main domain, in addition to it, $500 for an information disclosure. Rafay has reported 20 bugs which are still being validated by PayPal.
According to him, PayPal has also offered him job. However, he said that he has not decided in this regard mainly due to his studies.
It is to be mentioned here that Rafay earlier also been acknowledged by Microsoft, ESET and eBay for reporting bugs and flaws in their systems.
